The City of Wilmington, Delaware announced that a survey to evaluate Comcast Cable Service was mailed to residents. This survey will help the Cable Video and Telecommunications Commission develop the future needs of the community and assess the current level of service provided by Comcast Cable. City leaders are following up rumors that Comcast Cable wants to shut-down live community programming after over thirty years of service.
